NAPE is the nation’s leading organization on issues of educational access, equity, and diversity. Our members share a belief that every student can achieve their dreams and NAPE provides a community of support, helping educators improve educational systems to make this happen.
I attended my first NAPE PDI in 1999 or 2000, and I have been a loyal NAPE enthusiast ever since. I value many things about NAPE, but the Summit is especially important to me. I value the relationships developed over 20 years of attending first the PDI and now the Summit, and the Summit is where I go to get inspired and re-charged each year to continue our equity work in Vermont. The Summit feeds me personally and professionally. It's good for the mind, heart, and soul.
