Associate Director of Public Policy
The Associate Director of Public Policy leads the public policy and advocacy component of NAPE’s mission at the federal level in advancing access, equity, and diversity in classrooms and workplaces. The Associate Director of Public Policy is responsible for implementing NAPE’s Public Policy Agenda by working with NAPE members to both gather and disseminate their interests and concerns to federal policy makers and to share federal policy updates and pending legislative initiatives and changes that may directly or indirectly affect NAPE state, affiliate and individual members. The Associate Director of Public Policy will bring strategic policy knowledge in equity, education and workforce development. They will use their deep knowledge of the policy making process, partnership building and budget management skills to grow NAPEs public policy efforts.
Assistant Director of Programs
The Assistant Director of Programs is a skilled and experienced educational equity professional who works as part of the Programs Team to develop and deliver high quality programs responsive to our client and grantor needs. The Assistant Director of Programs coordinates contract logistics, facilitates NAPE’s suite of professional development offerings, and participates in grant management.
