This toolkit provides an overview of growth mindset, including key characteristics, benefits, and strategies to employ in the classroom. Nontraditional Careers Toolkit

This toolkit provides a research-grounded process to assist educators in transforming their practice to increase the participation and persistence of students in nontraditional occupational programs and pathways. Through a process of examination, reflection, and action, the activities in this toolkit prepare educators to reach, teach, and maximize the success of every student. The toolkit includes the Explore Nontraditional Careers booklet and four interactive activities with lesson plans (Explore Careers, Cues and Messages, Self-Efficacy, and Stereotypes).

 STEM Career Toolkit, 2nd edition

Designed to effectively reach and encourage all students to consider a future career in STEM, this toolkit provides an overview of STEM careers, introduces positive language for talking with students, and connects the messaging with tools, activities, and resources. The toolkit includes:

• Explore STEM Careers booklet that describes the research, rationale, and purpose of the toolkit;
• five lesson plans (Engineering Our World, Grand Challenges for Engineering, Work Values, Scavenger Hunt, and STEM Careers Are Essential to Our Health, Happiness, and Safety
• six worksheets, plus three are translated into Spanish
