The Delaware Department of of Education Postsecondary Cadre Program Improvement Process for Equity Showcase will take place on June 18, 2024. PIPE™ engaged teams of educators in long-term and sustainable improvement processes with an equity lens.
Cross-functional teams of educators engaged in workshops, formed Professional Learning Communities, and implemented an Action Research for Equity Project (AREP) with a humanizing lens to see data as insight to the variety of experiences that impact student success.
