NAPE prepares students for high-wage, high-skill, in-demand careers by:

Developing tools, resources and training for educators to enhance their ability to create classrooms and schools that support the success of every student;
providing educators with research-grounded professional development on educational equity issues including gender, race, disability, economic self-sufficiency, and English language acquisition;
increasing the participation and completion of students in STEM and CTE-related programs with an emphasis on females and underrepresented students.
