NWLC Files Title IX Lawsuit

The National Women’s Law Center filed a lawsuit on June 9 challenging DeVos’s Title IX rule on behalf of four survivor advocate organizations: Victim Rights Law Center, Equal Rights Advocates, Legal Voice, and Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. Its co-counsel are Morrison & Foerster and Diane Rosenfeld of Harvard Law School.
