Leadership Update

Ben Williams, Ph.D., the Chief Executive Officer for the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) Education Foundation, submitted his resignation dated May 4, 2021.

We have valued Ben’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to the organization over the last six years as a staff member and for his previous years as a consultant. His passion for increasing equity in Career Technical Education and STEM throughout the country was a guide to his work. Ben has decided to pursue other opportunities, and we look forward to his continued success wherever his future carries him.

We are pleased to announce that Mimi Lufkin, CEO Emerita, has agreed to come out of semi-retirement to serve as Interim CEO while the Board embarks on a national search. This will provide a smooth leadership transition as Mimi served as CEO of NAPE from 1995 to 2018. For more information please contact Mimi.
