        The
        National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE)
        seeks a full-time Member Services/Project Manager to create and
        implement a comprehensive annual membership campaign to acquire new
        members, retain and support current members, and manage NAPE projects
        benefiting members. 
 This position is available immediately, and salary will be commensurate
        with experience.
 GOALS The Member
        Services/Project Manager will be responsible for the following goals: 
         Achieve
             specific revenue goals from membership development at the state
             and affiliate member levelsGrow the
             overall number of state and affiliate members to a specific target
             Ensure a
             positive member experience--and high retention rates--through the
             creation and implementation of a successful membership services
             program Increase
             participation of members in NAPE professional development
             offerings and contract servicesAssist
             Program Directors with project management to ensure high quality
             and on time completion of deliverables DUTIES
        AND RESPONSIBILITIES   The successful candidate will be responsible for the
        following:  
         Ensure
             timely and accurate fulfillment of member benefits Arrange
             membership events, NAPE Executive Committee meetings and NAPE
             Committee meetings in coordination with staff Develop
             and implement membership development and outreach techniques and
             new initiatives to acquire new membersEnsure
             high-quality records management and customer service for existing
             and potential membersServe as
             project manager for the production of membership information
             delivery and collateral material--including social media, e-mail,
             e-news, newsletters, brochures and other publications and mailingsAssist
             in the preparation and management of membership department budgetServe as
             liaison for membership recognition lists in publications
             including: annual report, newsletter and websiteManage
             data entry and ensure accurate and timely entry of relationship
             management, revenue tracking and other membership recordsDevelop
             an outreach program for NAPE's programs and services including
             conducting outreach workshops at state and national conferencesManage
             the NAPE Professional Development Institute and work with staff
             and members to increase attendance and ensure a high quality
             programWork
             collaboratively with Project Directors to assist with project
             management including developing action plans, managing timely
             implementation, assessing project status and success and reporting
             these to staff and stakeholdersSupport
             grant management by maintaining grant records and timely
             completion and submission of reports to fundersPrepare
             written reports of project outcomes for multiple audiences  QUALIFICATIONS 
         Candidate
             with a college degree in a related field preferred Minimum
             three years project management and membership and/or marketing
             and/or training experience; or equivalent combination of education
             and experience Database
             management experience and knowledge of fundraising and grant
             managementProject
             management experience implementing projects and managing grants in
             a non-profit or educational organizationWorking
             knowledge of the use of social, online and electronic media for
             membership outreach, communication and developmentExcellent
             organizational and communication (oral and written) skillsDetail
             oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience
